Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic, often-disabling disease of the central nervous system. It typically strikes between the ages of 20-40. As yet, there is no known cause or cure for this disease.

Coral Springs --
Multiple Sclerosis (After Lunch Bunch) meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. in the Community Education Center, Central Medical Plaza, 9750 NW 33rd Street, Suite 101. Contact Kathy Byrne, RN, at 344-3344 

Multiple Sclerosis (After Work Group) meets on the first Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. in the hospital classrooms, 3000 Coral Hills Drive. Contact Kathy Byrne, RN, at 344-3344 

Kissimmee -- 
Kissimmee-St. Cloud multiple sclerosis meetings are held at St. Cloud Hospital every third Saturday of the month from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in conference room D, next to the cafeteria. For more information call Michael F. Moore at 932-4740. 

Orlando --
National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Mid-Florida Chapter- The MS Society provides services for people with MS and their families. Programs include: information community referrals, educational seminars, equipment loans, counseling, aquatics, and advocacy. (407) 896-3873
